When it comes to walking by faith, you must learn to trust God’s Word in its entirety. Never doubt its integrity! The Word of God never fails. When you receive counsel, instruction or inspiration from the Word, do not ask how the Word you have received would come to pass in your life. God works in mysterious ways. That is why He is God! Doubt can be voiced out or innate. Jesus emphasized the importance of not allowing doubt in one’s heart. This is because the sources of doubt starts from within. They involve your contemplations while you pray. For example, imagine a Christian who was afflicted with a certain ailment. He takes time to pray about it. A few hours later, a friend visits and inquiries on the state of his health. His response is, “This sickness is killing me”.
