Matt has been with Compass for the past five year and in that time has helped to build an industry leading in-house marketing and creative team across all of our major markets. We talk about his background building companies in the creative space and how he translated those experiences to architecting not only the incredible programs and products we use daily but also the team us agents collaborate with to grow our business.
