Whilst the legislation is likely different in jurisdictions across the world, the requirements to prevent harm to employees is universal. And when things do go wrong and an employee is injured, there is an onus on the employer to help the person recover and get back to their previous lifestyle as soon as possible - including their job role.
Sometimes it proves fairly challenging, and this is where my guest for this episode comes to the fore. Rocio Luna is a seasoned commercial insurance producer with a specialised focus on the construction and staffing industries.
At Insurax, Rocio leverages her vast experience in managing workers' compensation claims, particularly within the stringent regulatory landscapes of California, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Nevada, and New York.
