In this Part 2 of a 2 Part series we discuss the national U. S . Space Act signed into law in 2015 and it’s relationship to the international Outer Space Treaty. The United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Use of Outer Space or COPUOS oversees the Outer Space Treaty.
