Chris Salem is a highly authentic person who for over four years has had a special passion for empowering and serving business leaders, entrepreneurs in various industries, sales executives, coaches, authors, speakers, and others, taking their business and life to another level. For many years, Chris has seen people aspiring to make changes and grow but struggled at different phases of their career and life. He is just like you, a regular person that has faced similar struggles. Chris shares from experience what has worked successfully through hard work and dedication to help in your challenges.
While Chris has experienced much success over a 26-year career as a Senior Sales Executive selling media, aircraft, investing in businesses, and implementing residual income platforms, there also been major setbacks such as dealing with 12 years of addiction and battling with his own demons. Eventually, he found a way to address the addiction and issues that held him back from experiencing a higher level of prosperity where health & wealth are in alignment. This led to Chris’ mission to share and empower others to do the same so their businesses and personal lives could truly experience the meaning of prosperity on all levels.
The solution always evolves out of the problem or challenge. The issue is that many people operate their business and lives in the effect of the “root cause” of their problems. They manage the effect but do not address the “root cause”. As a coach and accountability partner Chris works together with his clients to address their “root cause” then release it over time creating new and healthier habits that lead to prosperity in all areas.
Chris also delivers world-class content to audiences as a speaker that is high-impact which shifts people toward positive action. The focus is on the “root cause” that leads to changes and results, thus moves the audience toward improving their business and personal life. Always coming from the heart and personal experience, the audience is able to draw their own conclusions as to what is required of themselves to come out of their comfort zone and strive toward prosperity.
Unlike seminars or programs that scratch the surface, the focus is always on the audience to make changes by addressing the “root cause” that holds back their greatness. Chris is 100% committed to SERVING & TRAINING the audience versus SELLING just products and services.

Alex Banayan is the only nationally bestselling business author under 30 in America. His book The Third Door: The Wild Quest to Uncover How the World’s Most Successful People Launched Their Careers has been translated into more than a dozen languages. Over the course of his unprecedented seven-year journey, Banayan interviewed the most innovative leaders of the past half-century, including Bill Gates, Lady Gaga, Larry King, Maya Angelou, Steve Wozniak, Jane Goodall, Jessica Alba, Quincy Jones, and more.
The day before his freshman-year final exams, Banayan hacked The Price is Right, won a sailboat, sold it, and used the money to fund his larger-than-life adventure. Since then, Banayan has been named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, Business Insider’s Most Powerful People Under 30, and been featured in major media, including The Washington Post, Fortune, CNBC, MSNBC, Fox News, and NBC News.
An acclaimed keynote speaker, Banayan has presented the Third Door framework to business conferences and corporate leadership teams around the world, including Apple, Google, Nike, IBM, Snapchat, Salesforce, and Disney.
The larger-than-life journey of an 18-year-old college freshman who set out from his dorm room to track down Bill Gates, Lady Gaga, and dozens more of the world's most successful people to uncover how they broke through and launched their careers.
The Third Door takes readers on an unprecedented adventure--from hacking Warren Buffett's shareholders meeting to chasing Larry King through a grocery store to celebrating in a nightclub with Lady Gaga--as Alex Banayan travels from icon to icon, decoding their success. After remarkable one-on-one interviews with Bill Gates, Maya Angelou, Steve Wozniak, Jane Goodall, Larry King, Jessica Alba, Pitbull, Tim Ferriss, Quincy Jones, and many more, Alex discovered the one key they have in common: they all took the Third Door.
Life, business, success . . . it's just like a nightclub. There are always three ways in.
There's the First Door: the main entrance, where 99 percent of people wait in line, hoping to get in. The Second Door: the VIP entrance, where the billionaires and celebrities slip through. But what no one tells you is that there is always, always . . . the Third Door. It's the entrance where you have to jump out of line, run down the alley, bang on the door a hundred times, crack open the window, sneak through the kitchen--there's always a way.
Whether it's how Bill Gates sold his first piece of software or how Steven Spielberg became the youngest studio director in Hollywood history, they all took the Third Door.

A pioneer of technology with the vision of making the bullet obsolete, Rick founded the original company, TASER, in 1993. As the TASER device became ubiquitous in law enforcement, Rick pushed the company beyond weapons technology and towards a broader purpose of matching technology to public safety needs in order to make the world a safer place. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a garage in Tucson to a NASDAQ-listed global market leader in conducted electrical weapons, body-worn cameras and software. Rick was winner of the Ernst and Young 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year. Rick graduated from Harvard with a B.S. in Neuroscience (Cum Laude) and later earned a Master in International Finance from the University of Leuven in Belgium and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
The gun is antiquated technology, and it is responsible for tens of thousands of senseless killings every year. Humanity has accepted that killing is an unavoidable fact of life―but Rick Smith argues that it doesn’t need to be this way and that we have the means to make the bullet obsolete in our lifetime.
Smith is the founder of TASER (now Axon), and in his new book, he demonstrates that we are on the cusp of a world in which killing is neither required nor acceptable. That change won't come by way of stricter gun control laws. No, what holds us back from making an overdue and necessary shift in how we think about weapons is our skepticism about new technologies and their potential.
Smith has devoted his career to understanding why and how we kill each other. In The End of Killing, he reviews the history of weaponry and warfare as well as the latest technologies in crowd control, surveillance, and artificial intelligence. He delves into the big, thorny questions about how technology is creating more tools for police, homeland security, and military, and offering more options for our personal safety and our justice system. With clarity and conviction, he challenges the conventional wisdom on these subjects, showing how technologies that appear strange and scary at first can be the key to making the gun a relic of the past.
In our current impasse of dead-end debates about gun violence and police brutality, Smith offers us a clear roadmap into a safer future. Thought-provoking, insightful, and controversial, The End of Killing will make you reconsider the violent world you inhabit―and imagine the safer world on the horizon.

Ryan Serhant is a costar on Bravo's hit show Million Dollar Listing New York and is the star of Sell It Like Serhant. Ryan fell into real estate by accident after giving up his acting career. He made just over $9,000 his first year in the business. Ten years later, Ryan leads a team of 60 brokers and averages a billion dollars in sales every year, making him one of the most successful real estate brokers in the world. He lives in New York City with his wife Emilia.
On September 15, 2008, the subprime mortgage industry collapsed, Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, and a 24-year-old Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business.
While the real estate sector has slowly recovered, Serhant himself has become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons.
Serhant is recognized as a real estate powerhouse. His team at Nest Seekers International sold over $830 million in real estate in 2017 and was ranked the #1 sales team in NYC and the #2 sales team Nationwide, by Wall Street Journal Real Trends for 2018. Currently TheSerhantTeam is ranked #1 for closed deals in Manhattan and ranked #5 for closed sales in Brooklyn, by The Real Deal Magazine.
As a real estate expert he is a frequent contributor to 20/20, CNN, CNBC, The Today Show and Bloomberg TV, and is often quoted in The New York Times, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and Wall Street Journal China.
Ryan is best known as the star of Bravo’s two-time Emmy-nominated “Million Dollar Listing New York.” Since Season 1 of Million Dollar Listing, Ryan and his team (The Serhant Team) have sold billions of dollars in real estate on national television.
Ryan also produced and starred in his spinoff show “Sell It Like Serhant” which premiered on April 11th, 2018. In this new series, Ryan answers the call of struggling salespeople across multiple industries who are on the brink of losing their jobs and are desperate for his expertise. With some tough love and humor, Ryan will give under-performing employees a head-to-toe business overhaul and turn them into sales machines.
And if Ryan wasn’t busy enough with his real estate business and two shows on Bravo, Ryan has a successful vlog on Youtube. The vlog gives a funny, inspirational, and behind the scenes look into his entire day from 5 a.m. to midnight juggling work and personal life as the leader of the top sales team in New York.
Serhant is an active supporter of nonprofit organizations including DKMS, Operation Smile, Save the Children, Make A Wish, The Human Rights Campaign, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Pink Agenda and UNICEF, among others.
