Relationships of any kind can be hard, especially if you have subconscious fears and limiting beliefs stemming from past experiences (with parents, family members, or romantic relationships). Fear of abandonment is a very common fear that holds us back. On today's episode, I get a little bit more personal: I'm letting you in on what I like to call my "self-therapy sessions", where I remind myself of much-needed wisdom I've been lucky enough to learn throughout my self-improvement journey, and that I can sometimes forget. I tell you about my own fear of abandonment, its source, and discuss three different strategies to deal with uncertainty. Uncertainty is the only certainty in life, so we'd better learn to face it with as much peace of mind and inner calm as we can, right? It can be hard, but I've got you, and as you'll discover, you've got yourself.

I know, I know... This is not skeptic-friendly. This is actually a very non-skeptic-friendly episode. But this moment would come at some point, my friends. For many, ‘manifestation’ is synonymous with ‘the law of attraction’, and while it is not the same thing for me, I do feel like this is important information that you need to know. You can decide if you believe in it or not once you’ve heard the deetz.
We go all in on the law of attraction by using Rhonda Byrne’s bestselling book ‘The Secret’. You might have watched or heard about the documentary of the same name. Both the film and the book attracted interest from media personalities such as Oprah Winfrey or Ellen DeGeneres, and it quickly became a phenomenon.
