The Cocktails:
"Blue Grit"
2 oz. of Bourbon (or Gin)
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Sugar Rim
Lemon
Ice
-In a shaker combine Bourbon, Curaçao, and lemon juice. Shake
Sugar the rim of a glass. Pour cocktail over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge

.5 oz Gin
.5 oz Tequila
.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz Rum
1 oz Blue CuraçaoSplash - Blue pop (or clear lemon/lime)
Ice
-In a shaker combine all the booze. Shake. Pour over ice.
Add pop for color and taste.
