Nik and Eva Speakman tackle disordered eating – everything from overeating and undereating, to phobias of certain foods and kids who are fussy eaters. They discuss why these problems might be exacerbated over the festive period, but also give advice to begin tackling your specific issue whenever you’re ready. Eva explains why and how her anorexia developed, and Nick reflects on being a fussy eater as a child.
