Making Tarantino: The Podcast

On this week's episode Phillip is joined by The Vern from the Cinema Recall Podcast, and they discuss Jack Hill's 1975 gang picture, The Jezebels AKA Switchblade Sisters. They start the show by reading some late comments from last week's episode Dawn of the Dead. Phillip then asks Vern how he rates the Romero trilogy and then don't quite see eye to eye. In the Tarantino Talks segment Phillip plays the introduction to the movie by Quentin Tarantino on the Rolling Thunders Pictures release. Then they answer the question whether they would buy, rent, or find the movie for free. Phillip does not have a Phil's Film Favorite of the Week this week. On this, the final BONUS episode, of Phillip and his cousin Chip going through all the movies written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, they talk about the 9th film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. This episode has been re-edited from the cousin's old podcast and was originally released onOctober 28th, 2021. Chip had never seen this movie and Phillip was excited to hear what he thought.
