They start the show by reading some late comments from last week's episode Dawn of the Dead. Phillip then asks Vern how he rates the Romero trilogy and then don't quite see eye to eye. In the Tarantino Talks segment Phillip plays the introduction to the movie by Quentin Tarantino on the Rolling Thunders Pictures release. Phillip and the Vern then discuss the fun time that is Switchblade Sisters. The two of them discuss Jack Hill movies, and female empowerment. It's a fun and interesting discussion. Paul then goes into the life and films of Ken Russell, the real story of Loudon, the book that the movie is made from, and the aftermath of the real events that happened in Loudon. Phillip reads listener opinions from Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Then the two of them discuss of the greatness that is Oliver Reed, Vanessa Redgrave, and The Devils as a whole. The movie they discuss here is Rolling Thunder (1977) starring William Devane, Tommy Lee Jones, and Linda Haynes. It's a revenge picture that Quentin Tarantino recommends and saw it back in the day on a double feature with Enter the Dragon and he said that it was better than Enter the Dragon. Phillip and Chip have a long list of movies that Tarantino recommends and it's going to be a fun journey. So come back on January 20th, 2023 for the first episode.
