Over the last decade Ian has advised owner-managed businesses across many sectors, utilising his broad commercial experience to add value. He predominantly focuses on SME businesses and their owners; and has particular experience of working with clients in the property, technology, financial services and entrepreneurial business sectors. He works extensively with international businesses, predominantly Indian businesses, advising them on expanding in the UK.
He was a driving force behind the founding and development of Redhill Business Guild, and became its first elected chairman.
He was named one of Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35 in 2018 and one of the EUIndia40 Top 40 under 40 leaders of 2020.
Outside of work, he is a keen squash player and enjoys going to gigs, though with a young family it has been some time since he was able to do either. He enjoys watching most sports and has the ‘unfortunate affliction’ of being a Cardiff City FC supporter.
