They take their time. They tick the boxes daily. They do the work. They make the right choices, and they pull the trigger.

Whereas the others, those who don't listen well, and burst out of the gates attempting to get rich quick in Property. They approach it with the wrong mindset. They look for what they can take, not give. They look for the quick buck. They jump from shiny object to shiny object.
