This is the Season 2 Finale episode!
My guest on this episode is Kate and her amazing YouTube channel is The Last Homely House. Kate lives alone in a little cottage on a hill farm in Northumberland right at the top of England, next stop Scotland. But is she really alone? There are four cats, fifteen hens, Eileen the very bad goose, thousands of bees, so no, not quite so alone after all. Then there is the huge unruly garden. She retired from a career as a midwife and became immersed in all of this and found her passion for making things ..... fabric, wool, paper .... Kate has a real curiosity for how things are made. And she likes to share all of this on her YouTube channel, The Last Homely House and with her Patrons too.
In my chat segment, I update a bit on the progress of the deck container garden, and I review a couple of sewing products and online resource: Tulip needles; Tula Pink Stiletto; Connecting Threads online shop and catalog. They now carry Tulip needles and other Japanese sewing notions.
