In this short, we taste flavored KitKats and discuss M. Night Shyamalan flicks. Matt tells the tale of a mysterious car in England. Early December, 2002, a call comes in to a small British police station regarding a car swerving off the road on the A3. What follows is a mystery that has turned into an urban legend.

Send us suggestions on weird foods, and send us odd flavor Kit Kats you think we'd like to try on the show!

In this short, Matt tries a limited edition flavor of RC cola, berries and cream. Kelsey tries limited Doritos from Target that are tamarind flavored. Tune in to find out which one they enjoyed. Afterwards, Matt tells the story of Graham Hamrick who, in the late 1800s, purchased cadavers and experimented on them. Matt explains this man's tests of an "embalming potion" Graham was working on. Matt points out that you can see the results of his bizarre work on display today.

*Please excuse the audio quality, we are all down with covid at time of recording and had to record live from separate isolated locations. The hosts both sound pretty cool and pretty great if you ask them. Thank you to all the creeps sticking with us!

This episode's food selection comes to us from LeRoy's Bakery, who lovingly sent us a goodie bag of new items to try. As we've stated before, they're a home bakery in Harrison County. You can contact them on their Facebook.com/LeRoysBakery.

Here's what we tried:
Shared: Pumpkin spice cupcakes, chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and galettes.

Tune in to hear grown ups fight to the death over baked goods. There's only maybe light stabbing. Our hosts become reluctant to start this weeks story, they'd prefer to just keep eating devilish brownies. Matt covers the story of Dennis DePue, the murder of his estranged wife Marilynn, and how the story airing on Unsolved Mysteries helped solve the case. Matt also details how this story might have inspired what takes place in the 2001 film Jeepers Creepers. Shoutout credit to the Unsolved Mysteries Wiki, for help in our research for this episode.

This episode's food selection is from Say-Boy Restaurant, located at 1228 Country Club Rd #10, Fairmont, WV. Open Daily 11 AM-8 PM.

Here's what we ordered:

Shared: Almond crusted walleye, salmon cakes, Broasted chicken and potatoes, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked sweet potato, bacon braised Brussels sprouts, salad, assorted homemade cheesecakes: Peanut butter, Almond Joy, and classic cherry

In this episode, Matt reveals that he’s found the light and error of his ways and attempts to convert Kelsey to some of that old time religion, a fellowship that is definitely not a cult in any way, with the reading of a really extremely long list. Kelsey audibly gulps at the number of Dont’s on said list. The Main Creeps also try to attempt loopholes so they can read the National Inquirer, profess love of tactical shorts and sodas named after wine, and Matt tried sweet potatoes against his interests. Creeps, remember to keep your happy face, don’t check out during the song, and stay away from Phyllis.

Hilltop Coffee: An iced coffee Good Morning Appalachia latte

This episode comes to you recorded live from Paranormish Con in Oak Hill, WV, where the Main Creeps Kelsey & Matt were guest speakers. In this episode, Matt tells the story of Sarah Louisa Linn, a lady who was killed in the early 1900s. Sarah was found bludgeoned to death in her home, which is now the area around the modern day campus halls of Glenville State College, where she's purported to still haunt the grounds to this day. Whether that's true, Matt details the interesting life Sis Lynn led before her passing, including her divorce and "smart lady bootlegging" business on the side. Pour some wine in honor of Ms. Linn. Our editor Britte joins the Creeps to take the rest of the tea. Matt gets annoyed by sticky balls of boba in his.
