We are kicking it off with Jennie and Kate as we dive into Chapters 1 & 2 in Untangle Your Emotions. MAIN POINTS:

Jesus was emotional! God made us in his image, therefore we are emotional. The gift of emotions is that we can be fully connected to God and other people in a vulnerable and deeper way
God invented emotions, He displayed emotions, and He was fully human and fully God.
Do not let fear run your life.
Our emotions are healthy. No emotion is more or less valid than another emotion.
