Stress and anxiety are an aspect of life that everyone will have to deal with from time to time and understanding what causes this stress can feel intimidating. Spending time alone with your thoughts can be scary, but to be completely present in the moment is what we call mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness can alleviate some of that unwanted stress in your life and is a practice that all human beings are capable of.
