Where: Every Tuesday at 7pm (AEST) via zoom

What do I get: You will get 2 x 45 minute zoom sessions per week. The first 45 minutes will be with Mel going through eating psychology practices, the second 45 minutes will be with Taran running through a yoga and mindfulness flow.

In today's podcast episode, I was lucky enough to have a chat with the inspiring Michael Arterberry. Michael has dedicated his life to moving people from an uneasy time in their lives to a place of peace. He helps them to understand that it’s not about the destination, but the battles won along the way and he encourages them to hold on and understand that bad doesn’t look bad when there is good in it.
Michael received the 2010 USA Network’s Characters Unite Award for exceptional commitment to combating prejudice and discrimination while increasing tolerance and acceptance within the community. He is also the recipient of the 2014 100 Men of Color Award for leadership in education, government, mentorship, entrepreneurial success and community service.
And most recently, he was awarded the EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR AWARD from Y-COP, the Youth Community Outreach Program in Mt. Vernon at the First Annual Dinner Dance on September 29th, 2016.
