Love yourself healthy is a podcast that aims to positively influence listeners when it comes to the topic of eating disorders, body image, self love and acceptance of ones self. We will also be discussing a range of different health issues such as binge eating disorder, bulimia, overeating and weight loss. Tackling them from a completely different perspective - mind, body, psychology. Throughout the podcasting journey you will also get to know 'real life' stories from people who have had struggles around the above topics and have positively come out the other side. They will share their struggles and what they did to overcome these. I want this platform to be used as a way to become more educated and open minded about the importance of taking care of and nurturing yourself from within.
