S4:E9 Seasonal Living 101 + Welcoming Summer

Katie shares about why she started working with the seasons as a reclamation of the Wildly Sacred within and around her and how it has fostered a deeper connection to her body and the Earth. She invites you into a journey with your own cycles and seasons as well and shares some themes, practices, and rituals to consider for this Summer Seasons including:
-Rewilding Your Inner Mother
-Romanticizing Your Life: What would the most romantic day in your life look like (no partners allowed, just you and your beautiful self)
-Working with Cacao as a Heart Opener, connect with her friend Dawna to work more deeply with this medicine or you can start your own exploration with two of Katie's Favorite Cacao's: Ora Cacao and Kokoleka Collective that also both have resources for how to get started working with Cacao
-Connect with the Earth-grow some herbs, visit the farmer's market, cook for the season, put your bare feet on the earth, have a bonfire, take a dip under a waterfall
-Activate Play: Play with your kids, tune in to your creativity, do something you enjoyed when you were younger, let your imagination run wild.
