Eva Gruber
BIO
Eva Gruber is a Habit Coach and Mental Fitness Advocate. She supports entrepreneurs, managers, and teams who “have too much on their plate” to improve their peak performance, wellbeing, and relationships. How?
- By establishing a strong mental fitness practice (through discovering one's mental self-sabotage caused by mental saboteurs like the Hyper-Achiever, Controller, Pleaser, Avoider, etc.).
- By creating supportive routines, stopping bad habits, and starting good ones.
As only 1 out of 5 people use their mental potential and 6+ hours of one's day are based on mostly unconscious habits, this is a game-changer! By training 3 brain muscles and good habits, you
- improve peak performance especially when stressed, angry, or insecure,
- live healthier relationships with your team, clients, and family, and
- feel happier.
Eva Gruber founded 2 ventures and supported hundreds of challenged people. She is trained by and collaborates with leading researchers and experts, like Professor BJ Fogg PhD (Stanford University) or neuroscientist Shirzad Chamine (Positive Intelligence). She has been featured as a speaker at entrepreneurship or wellbeing events and podcasts, as a co-author of soon-to-be-launched books, and as an executive contributor for the top-magazine Brainz. She lives in Vienna/Austria with her French fiance, her yoga mat, and an adventurer’s mind.

#32 - Why snooping on your partner often causes more problems than it solves
Love-Listen-Talk-Repeat Podcast with Wendy Capewell
04/13/18 • 10 min
Why snooping on your partner often makes things worse, rather than better.
Wendy Capewell's experience of working with couples has shown her that snooping on each other causes so many more problems than it solves. A mistakenly placed 'x' at the end of a text can be misconstrued as meaning so much more, and once sent cannot be withdrawn.
Connection with an ex with whom there are shared children can cause upset and control issues with the current partner. Children need their parents to be civil with each other. Failure to do so will only cause the children anxiety and upset. If the current partner has issues with trust, its their problem for them to deal with, and not wrongly put on their partner. If there are trust issues within the relationship they should be addressed and resolved, rather than snooping.
Wendy is an experienced Relationship Expert, who helps and supports couples who love each other and are committed to making their relationship work even when the going gets tough, determined to resolve the issues that are hampering them from having a harmonious life together. By working together the couple are able to find the cause of the problem, learn to communicate their fears and concerns more effectively, and develop a more intimate and deep connection. Resulting in a better understanding and closer, happy partnership.

Life events can often trigger them

#29 - Wendy Capewell - Abusive relationships and how to leave one
Love-Listen-Talk-Repeat Podcast with Wendy Capewell
03/23/18 • 9 min
How to recognise an abusive relationship. Wendy talks from her own personal experience as well as the experiences of clients she has worked with.
- What is an abusive relationship
- My personal story
- Who to talk to if you feel unhappy
- How to get help
We can often doubt ourselves as to whether our relationships are abusive, especially when a partner tries to convince us otherwise, by telling us that it was our fault, or that we provoked them.
They may even tell us it's because they love us.
But if it doesn't feel right then seek help. Abusive relationships cause so much harm. They destroy our self esteem and self worth. At worst they can destroy our lives........

#27- Catherine Watkin talks about how it's perfectly possible to be happy being single
Love-Listen-Talk-Repeat Podcast with Wendy Capewell
03/10/18 • 44 min
Sharing her personal thoughts about how to be perfectly happy single, I chat with Catherine Watkin, who works with heart-centred business owners who want great businesses but don’t want to compromise their integrity. Her specialism is helping you to get more clients saying "Yes Please!" in a way that feels authentic, comfortable and is always in alignment with your values. Catherine's business is aptly named Selling from the Heart.
WHAT WE TALK ABOUT
There seems to be a train of thought that we can only be happy if we are in a relationship.......but is that necessarily true?
Catherine Watkin
ABOUT CATHERINE
Catherine works with heart-centred business owners who want a great business but don’t want to compromise their integrity. As well as working with hundreds of these business owners through my online course 'Get More Clients Saying Yes!' she has personally mentored dozens of people through her Business From The Heart mentoring programmes, working intensively with people to help take their business to the next stage. No one says it better than her clients (and I've been one of them as you can see):
"Heart-centred doesn't just describe her business, it describes Catherine. Her passion shines through, and I learned so much during the 8 week course. I really felt Catherine cared about me as a person and that my success was important to her." Wendy Capewell, Get More Clients Saying Yes! course participant.
"Catherine’s ability to understand your business and direct you to the right next steps is priceless... She helps you make your own dream matter enough that you go out and do it!" Inger Madsen, 121 client.

#91 - From Being a 'Good Girl' to saying 'No' with Helen Snape
Love-Listen-Talk-Repeat Podcast with Wendy Capewell
01/27/21 • 31 min
INTRO
Helen Snape is a trauma-informed Relationship Coach who helps ‘good girls’ grow their guilt-free ‘No’ and transform their relationships.
CONTENT
This is a story I’m sure many will identify with, as Helen talks about how she grew up being a people pleaser, and the effect it had on her, and her relationships. Including an abusive relationship, her partner being a controlling narcissist. She felt she was the one in the wrong, and as a result lost her sense of identity. She also became burnt out at work, simply because she didn’t say No to others. Allowing herself to be taken advantage of. One day she realised that this could not continue, she learned to say ‘No’ and become more assertive, and healthier relationships.
