Lucas Giolito disappoints as the Chicago White Sox lose the series finale against the Toronto Blue Jays, 9-5

The Chicago White Sox lost to the Toronto Blue Jays on another hot day in Chicago by the score of 9-5. White Sox starter, Lucas Giolito, turned in another disappointing performance. He went 5 innings and gave up 11 hits (season high) which were turned into 7 runs. It was the third start in a row for Lucas Giolito where he did not look like himself. Sox fans are frustrated but nobody is more frustrated than Lucas Giolito. The Toronto Blue Jays can score runs quickly and sometimes in bunches. They did just that on Wednesday afternoon. The White Sox had 13 hits but did not hit a home run for the second night in a row. Danny Mendick and Adam Engel left the game with injuries. Luis Robert was also pulled from the game due to leg soreness but it did not sound serious. The White Sox send Johnny Cueto to the mound on Thursday as they kick off a four game series with the Baltimore Orioles.
