Is David Bell the Cincinnati Reds manager for much longer?

Will the Cincinnati Reds return to the playoffs with David Bell managing the team? Jeff and Steve dive into this question as they aren't sure what his legacy looks like. Bell is a player's manager and the Reds love him, but he seems like a player's manager to a fault. Different injury situations, like Jonathan India, and repeated use of Hunter Strickland, seems to point to a guy who is a player's manager to the point that Bell does not mind if it affects wins and losses. Also, are the slow starts the Reds have had every year under his management Bell's blame to bear?

The Cincinnati Reds sent seven prospects, including Noelvi Marte and Matt McLain, to the Arizona Fall League. Jeff and Steve look at the big takeaway from a small sample size of performances in Arizona for these Reds prospects. the pitchers struggled a bit and only one of them seems to be a guy who could produce for the Reds in the next few years. The hitters saw some success as the Arizona Fall League concluded and will be fun to watch in Spring Training.
