Shaq Barrett Is OUT | Brady And Gronk Connection Broken? | Buccaneers Are Ready For The Road Ahead

Buccaneers' sack leader Shaquil Barrett is out for the remainder of the regular season as injuries continue to pile up for the Buccaneers. On top of that, they are now dealing with Covid issues between WR coach Kevin Carver and star receiver Mike Evans placed on the reserve/Covid list. However, the NFL is beginning to implement some changes to their Covid protocol and the CDC announced some changes that might impact the NFL. Mike Evans could play this Sunday if his hamstring allows.
We get a question on the voicemail line that asks a simple question - after the struggles the past few weeks, what is going on with the Tom Brady to Rob Gronkowski connection? The two have not been able to hook up for plays against the Saints and Panthers, so is this another cause for concern heading into the final two games of the regular season and into the playoffs?
Finally, James gives his big takeaway from the week as he rewinds the clock to 2020 and compares the difficult road the Bucs traveled there on their way to a Super Bowl title and sees how it stacks up against the 2021 team. One road was tougher, but one road has its share of bumps. Can the Bucs catch lightning in a bottle again?

The hats and t-shirts were broken out as the Bucs beat the Panthers 32-6 to clinch the NFC South for the first time since 2007. Ke'Shawn Vaughn, Ronald Jones, Antonio Brown, and Jordan Whitehead were big contributors to the win and the Buccaneers have guaranteed themselves a home playoff game for the first time since that last division title.
