There is not one person that encapsulates all the areas in your life - choose wisely in other to grow exponentially. 3. Aspire to surround yourself with people who will inspire you to grow in different areas of your life. 4. Structure your mentors for different aspects of you life e.g. Career Development, Personal Development and Spirital Development. Pick the aspects which are most important to you. 5.
