Hi, I’m Lindsay Benavides - a real estate agent based in Barrie, Ontario with the Jennifer Jones Team and EXP Realty Brokerage, but also proudly Latina. My mission is rooted in a deep love for my community and a desire to empower Latino families to achieve stability and growth through homeownership.Growing up in Toronto, I saw firsthand the challenges my immigrant parents faced when buying their first home. I also saw how many families gave up on that dream due to lack of support. That’s why I became a real estate consultant—to be that guide, that resource, and that bridge for families who deserve a place to call their own.Inspired by the legacy of my grandfather and father, who dedicated their lives to uplifting the Latino community, I’ve continued that work here in Barrie. As our community grows, so does the need for connection and support. Beyond real estate, I organize food and clothing drives and created Café de la Casa—a monthly gathering space for Latina women to share stories, laughter, snacks, and homemade crafts.My greatest motivation is my 21-year-old son, who has grown up watching me lead with heart.
