In this episode, I have the absolute pleasure of introducing one of the newest and brightest change-makers in the world today: Alexis McQuillen. This amazing thought leader shares her story about how her childhood living with a mother who suffered from heavy addition lead her to the amazing path she is on now. But that story brought with it a great deal of pain as she describes to us how her mother ultimately succumbed to addiction, and how that circumstance in her life transformed the path she was on and ultimately the person she was to become.

Alexis is now an unbelievably talented self-awareness coach who I have had the pleasure of getting to know over the past year. We are often teaming up in several Clubhouse rooms and dropping knowledge bombs like we did in this episode.
