A 35-year veteran of motorsports in positions ranging from track management to media, marketing, spotting and driver promotion, Tom's passion for the motorsports lifestyle and the people fuels his story-driven work on a daily basis. On the verge of launching a new action brand that will give enthusiasts opportunities to get behind the scenes in a number of exciting ways, Tom looks forward to utilizing that platform to make a difference in communities across the nation and the world. She learned that a victim’s direct legal protection was tied into the assailant’s probation. If and when a perpetrator's probation ends, so does the victim's protection. Outraged and determined for change, Kayleigh worked with her local senator and a year later, SB1412 “Kayleigh’s Law” was signed into Arizona law. Arizona is the first state to offer indefinite protection! As amazing as that is, she’s not stopping her mission until this legislation is passed in the remaining 49 states. Because victims and survivors everywhere still matter!
