New to Us - The Last Season with authors Jenny Judson & Danielle Mahfood

It is New-to-Us November! We are kicking off this month with a historical fiction, “The Last Season” by new-to-us authors Jenny Judson and Danielle Mahfood!
Miss Cassandra Drayton, daughter to a viscount, saw the new stable boy, Crispin St. John, from her window while having her lessons from her governess. They soon start a friendship in secret and he gave her forbidden lessons in horseback riding. Unfortunately, one lesson ended with her injured and him kicked off the estate.
The governess, his relation, gave him money for a one way ticket to find work. Only in his teens, Crispin set out for India with the hope that one day he will get his father out of debtor’s jail.
Cassie did recover from her injuries and continued to live the good life as a daughter to a viscount who had a talent for investing. However, life got more interesting when she found a letter to her governess from Crispin.
How great is it when someone we cared about in our past comes back into our life. Cassie and Crispin may still be in different social classes and they kept their friendship known only to their best friends, however even their BFs saw their connection. They may not have been betrothed to each other at first, but the actions of others turned into their favor.
