David is a behavioral scientist interested in understanding and improving patient health outcomes. His work focuses on the alleviation of patient suffering and empowering individuals to change their health trajectory through accessible education, coaching, and behavioral health interventions.
David did his undergraduate degree is exercise science and biomedical sciences and went on to co-found Restore Medical Fitness, an integrated lifestyle medicine clinic that works to reverse chronic disease through approaches of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. Since then he has gone on to get his medical degree from Stony Brook University and finishing up his last year in Family Medicine Residency, working towards his long term of goal of adoption of behavioral approaches into the standard of care in medicine.
