Today, Dave is joined by Brent from the 1420 Sports Bar Podcast, and Dave takes the opportunity to respond to some takes he's heard while listening to their show. They discuss if Vancouver could support a Major League Baseball franchise. Is Yankees/Red Sox still the best rivalry in sports, and how rivalries have changed over the years. Brent, a WCBL umpire, who is getting ready to umpire in his first all-star game, tells the story of his two ejections that happened recently, and why he was definitely totally justified. We discuss who the best player in baseball is, and why it's not Aaron Judge. Chris Sale snaps, again. The Blue Jays fired Charlie Montoyo. How do we see the rest of the season going in the AL East? Brent introduces us to a new segment from his show, Nozzle or not a Nozzle, where Brent makes a list of people he thinks is a nozzle, and looks for you to confirm his opinion.

With John away, and Dave's life being more hectic then it usually is, which is saying a lot, we weren't able to record for a bit, but we're back baby, and today Dave is joined by Scott, our number one superfan, and Chris, commissioner of our fantasy football league, and longtime friend. We begin by trying to wrap our heads around the nonsense that came out of Chris Broussard's mouth a week or so ago when he said black player don't want to play for the Raptors. Then we transition into NBA free agency as a whole, we dive into NHL free agency where very serious allegations were laid towards Dave that are baseless and without merit. We spend a ridiculous amount of time talking about Scott and Dave's keeper decisions, which are tough because their teams have been so bad, which I'm sure everyone will enjoy listening to.

In today's episode, the last before John comes back, Don makes his triumphant return. After giving up podcasting, he makes a special exception to join us and shoot the shit. There was a list of topics, I think we hit most of them. We spoke about Zach Wilson, and his relationship with his moms friends, and how his ex girlfriend feels about those relationships. We talk about the MLB All-Star game, Alek Manoah mic'd up, who cares about the all-star game? We discuss why all the Americans in the NHL hate Calgary. Dave fabricates an NHL conspiracy theory that makes too much sense not to be true. We finish off with our grievances and gratitudes, and Dave actually comes up with a gratitude for once.
