Today we welcome special guest Kelli Ferguson back to the podcast as we roll out Part Two of our four-part series this year on Ministry to Women. [If you haven't had a chance to listen to Part One, don't miss out! Check out Episode 37] In this episode host Bridgette Tomlin and her guest Kelli dig just a little deeper to discover why connection is so important to women, how to lead your women's ministries toward it, and what the pitfalls are along the way. As Kelli reminds us, "We can’t wait until we are in a crisis to develop a plan for it", we as leaders must be aware that we also can't shy away from connection personally if the goal is to lead our followers to it.

Kelli Ferguson serves alongside her husband, Benny, as Lead Pastors at Calvary Church in Frederick, MD. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Kelli serves on the Potomac Ministry Network 'Women Who Lead' Team and is a Field Team Speaker for AG Women. Benny and Kelli have four children: Elaina (16), Malia (13), Benny (11), & Laci (8).
Kelli is passionate about reaching the lost and discipling the found. She believes every person can have an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. She loves connecting women to God and to one another and believes Sisterhood is for every girl. She loves date nights, being a momma, strong coffee, dark chocolate, and confetti!

His message drives home basic principles for living the overcoming, joy-filled Christian life. He and wife Bridgette love doing ministry together, whether that is through music, worship team training seminars, marriage conferences, teaching, and preaching. The couple makes their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have two daughters: Bonnie, age 17, and Libbie, age 12.
