Since the age of 17 she’s played an intricate role in the creative process of everything Beyonce. From her music videos and commercials, to her live performances and world tours.
Ashley serves as Beyonce’s lead dancer and dance captain. She’s worked with all of the greats- Usher, Nicki Minaj, Ciara, Ne-Yo, JLo, Tina Turner & many more.
You’ve seen her on Glee, Hit The Floor, X-Factor and the Disney Channel. You name it, she’s done it!
She started her career at the Juilliard School of Dance and now she’s my special guest on Let’s Talk Life with London!

Before launching Talley Law Group, a boutique entertainment law firm, Desireé held legal roles at BDG Media, Viacom Media Networks, ASCAP, Pandora Media, and Turner Entertainment Networks. She has been awarded for her work representing creatives and honored as Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys.
Present day, Desireé has emerged as a powerful voice in the conversation where business, law, and pop culture intersect. She is a writer, public speaker, creator and host of POPLAW Podcast, and Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs at REVOLT Media & TV. Desireé is a graduate of Hampton University, St. John’s University School of Law, and the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU (Music Industry Essentials) certificate program.

On this week's episode of Let's Talk Life I sit down with Hollywood Director & Show-runner, Tanya Taylor as she shares her experiences and advice as a black woman in the heavily white, male dominated space of TV & Film production.
Tanya is a multi-hyphenate filmmaker, who hails from Jamaica.

She made her transition to television after working in advertising as a Creative Director on various campaigns for KFC, Pizza Hut, Jamaica Broilers and many others.

That experience inspired her to get behind the camera and embark on directing commercials and long form content.

Tanya's devotion to culturally relevant programming is evident in the content she continues to create. From commercials to narrative to reality series, her experience and expertise spans across a variety of formats.

In 2015, Tanya relocated to New York to continue developing diverse content for the global market. To showcase her narrative talent, Tanya wrote, directed, and produced her first independent narrative short.

Tanya currently resides in Los Angeles and just wrapped production on the new Fuse TV competition series- ‘Upcycle Nation’ that she developed and directed. Tanya also intentionally worked to hire a cast and crew of color for this project.

Tanya also worked as the challenge producer for the hit HBO Max show ‘The Hype’.

For Tanya, work is fun, so she’s developing the LGBTQ+ themed 7-part docu-fiction feature. Jamaican pride and the supernatural feature thriller Kumina, while producing, directing and/or show running whatever culturally uplifting projects cross her path.

Demi Grace is an Afro-Pop and R&B London-born singer and songwriter that’s performed with the Queen herself- Beyonce at the American Music Awards among other notable performances such as Essence Fest, House of Blues LA, Webster Hall and many more.
In addition to performing, Demi is also a model who has been featured in magazine publications such as Essence,Vogue & Cosmopolitan. Most notably, Demi made history as the first black woman with locs to be featured in a national commercial for Pantene gold.
Demi’s original music can be seen and heard on BET, MTV, Trace, Apple Music and anywhere you stream your favorite tunes.
Her new album entitled Blackcurrant is available now on all streaming platforms!

@iamjuanitaingram stars in and executive produces the 2x Telly Award-winning Amazon Prime Docuseries, The Expats International Ingrams, showcasing her family of four's trek to London, and then to Singapore. @theexpatsshow is currently being considered for an Emmy - and a first for an indie production!
Off screen, as Co-founder of Dress for Success London, she dutifully aids to the rescue of women preparing to take on a changing workforce, supplementing their quintessential needs of business attire and readiness resources.
