Their team of architects, designers, anthropologist etc. map ‘foodscapes’ that reveal what food choices surrounds us, and how that can be improved by design. Design for healthy choices is about exposing people to healthy food, but also considering how eating is a part of social interactions, and that is influenced by the urban design. Michael Booth is host.
