This week is a doozy! It was inspired from a reading given to us entitled “Using Others to Stop Your Pain.” Yep. Sometimes we don’t even realize that we are looking to others to be the source of our happiness or to stop our pain. Focusing back on ourselves shows us the place of our personal power and enables us to find real solutions as well as true joy.

Some of the things that we are struggling with in this lifetime are part of a family heritage, a lineage passed down over time. In fact, many of us picked the family line we did because there was a subject we wanted to study — addiction, anxiety, financial stress, low self-esteem, failure, etc. What can be FREEING is to recognize that these patterns or wounds are part of our family system. They aren’t “ours” but we inherited them because we wanted to study them. We had a STRONG DESIRE to come to the planet and HEAL them in ourselves, to stop the generational pass-down, to teach them, and to free ourselves and others.
