In this energizing episode, Chandell Labbozzetta tackles sales psychology and techniques to overcome sales anxiety and build confidence.

Chandell is the author of the book, “Confident Closing: Sales Secrets That Grew a Business by 400% in Six Months and How They Can Work for You!” She's a master trainer of neurolinguistic programming, a sales strategist, and a confidence maker. Now, confidence matters because success comes from the inside. Her purpose is to inspire confidence in others so that they can make empowered decisions.

Chandell’s knowledge of psychology has helped orient people to understand accountability, ownership, and responsiveness when it comes to themselves and how they respond to the marketplace. She has dedicated her life to motivating and training high performers to achieve new levels of success, by working on the root causes of anxiety and underperformance.

Key Topics

  • Confidence is a Learned Skill: Chandell believes that building confidence comes from focus, knowing your outcome, and working out steps or habits you want to embody.
  • Shifting Focus on Your Victories: Our minds are the harshest critics and carry our anxiety. Instead of focusing on what didn’t go well or the way you expected, focus on the wins.

  • Sale of Influence: Chandell believes in the power of mindset and how our conviction toward something can instill confidence and motivate others.
  • Life-changing question: How can I find a way? Chandell asks herself this question to let herself focus and find what keeps her moving forward, regardless of the situation.
