LCM Sermons
Extraordinary Oaths highlighted the scriptural imperative of making and keeping our vows to God. Drawing from Psalm 116 and Psalm 15, Pastors Matthew and Wade showcased the gravity with which God regards oaths and their powerful role in shaping Christ's character within us. They contrasted David, who faithfully upheld his oaths even in the face of suffering, with Saul, who broke his, underscoring the spiritual growth that comes from steadfast commitment. Our gathering concluded with a powerful renewal of our vows through communion, symbolizing our unwavering dedication to our King and our promises, no matter the cost.

Pattern Of Prophecy: Taking Responsibility

There is a pattern that takes place when we see prophecy being fulfilled. It happens when we see a man of God rise up and take responsibility for the state of affairs surrounding him. His God in turn helps him, empowers him, and causes him to walk out the very word that scripture declares. Elder Adam Corra and Pastor Justin Linton preach this fiery message entitled "Pattern of Prophecy: Taking Responsibility" & inspire us to cultivate the ranger mentality as we head into the new year.

War Drums

"War Drums” delivered by Pastors Spencer, Linton, and Abimbola is a follow up from our New Year’s Eve service where we received an incredible and exciting vision God has for us in 2025 and the years to come. The sermon “War Drums” focused our attention on how baptism is a powerful declaration of faith and a spiritual battle cry against disobedient powers. Walking through biblical stories like the flood, the Exodus, and Jesus' baptism, showed how these events represented God’s declarations of war and the preservation of His people. The message emphasized that baptism isn't just symbolic—it's a call to live righteously and actively fight God's battles. It was an inspiring reminder that we're all children of God, equipped to extend His kingdom. Our time together ended with public baptisms of men and women within our congregation, as they boldly declared their faith, and commitment to go on a war campaign against the forces of darkness by fighting heaven’s battles.
