Fresh off the heels of Space Coast Pro Camp 2018 featuring the legendary brothers Brian Megill and Ray Megill, Florida Launch midfielder Duncan Clancy, and two Division I college stars, co-hosts Steve Jordan and Roger Welton have a great conversation with local stand out coach Billy Gibbs. Billy was an All-Conference midfielder for RPI and is head coach of the Florida state powerhouse tournament team Space Coast Stingrays. Coach Billy joined the camp coaching staff for one day of camp and they discuss the experience of working alongside these phenomenal professionals, the value for the camp participants, and its effect on the morale and skills of lacrosse players aged 3rd-12th grade. Fresh off this year's Space Coast Elite Lacrosse Pro Camp that brings Roger, Steve, and their host (and great friends) of professional lacrosse players and college coaches together each year, they talk about the love of lacrosse and the lacrosse of love. They reflect on the closeness of the lacrosse community and in particular how the lax community rallied around the family of one of its finest and promising young stars, 18 year old Space Coast Stingrays phenom, Corbin Graves. There was more love than typical in this year's camp and coaches an players felt that the uniquely special spirit of Corbin was with us to make us really appreciate the here and now of the joy of lacrosse and the souls that make it happen, from coaches to parents to players.
