On March 4, 2022 was the University of Hawaiʻi Community Collegeʻs (UHCC) Excellence In Education Day. It was a day for all UHCC employees to gain insights and knowledge from their colleagues. Mālama Kekahi i Kekahi (Taking care of our students, each other, and ourselves) was this yearʻs theme that reflected on UHCC's ongoing commitment to student and employee success and wellness. I had the honor to host a panel of high school counselors who shared their authentic stories about how the pandemic impacted their students and themselves.
