Through the hardship were currently feeling around the world, many of us have been impacted at home. With coronavirus, the murder of George Floyd, Trumps decisions, and protests, many of us find ourselves breaking up with people who we now realize dont have our same morals or values.
Whatever the case may be, this podcast is intended to bring to light toxic behavior, and maybe even give you a sense of peace about letting go of that one (or several) person.
I know many of us are experiencing loneliness, especially those who actually live alone or are away from family, but please remember to push yourself to exercise and stay healthy. An active body usually helps battles any type or depressions.
