The Department of History’s Holly Baker recently sat down with Dr. Thomas Madden, Professor of History and Director of the Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Saint Louis University. Dr. Madden gave a lecture at the Pauley Speaker Series on Global Affairs titled, “The New Crusaders: Distorting Medieval Europe’s Holy Wars in Support of Modern Agendas”.
