Mr. Cruel was a child abductor who plagued the area of Melbourne, Australia between 1988 - 1991. Wearing a balaclava and taking charge by knife point, he would abduct young girls from their homes at night by breaking in through a window usually in the back of the house. He would return the girls to their neighborhoods every time never making any mistakes.
