Reward of Life (Jeevan ka Eenam) is one of the very famous story from Betal Pacchisi. The story was told by Betal to King Vikramaditya. Its the story of a handicapped boy named Kurupshana who was ignored by people even by his family. They were thinking that he is useless. But at the end he proved that being handicapped doesn't mean he was useless. The answer to the Betal's question which was given by Vikram tells us that how intelligent and smart kurupshana was!

The episode is just a trailer of the very First Story - The Tales Of Vikram and Betal also known as Betal Pacchisi in Hindi. It is said that Betal Pacchisi was written by Betalbhatta. Vikram/Vikramaditya was a king of Dhara Nagri situated at the bank of Godavari River. Betal was ghost/corpse. There are total 25 stories told to Vikram by Betal.
