Ramadan Mubarak to everyone honoring the holy month of Ramadan, a time of fasting, introspection and prayer. Which always means there’s something good to eat eventually!

Donald’s always happy to fleece the rubes. He also believes that this will get him an advantage over Ron DeSantis, as if he ever needed one. Mostly however, Donald Trump is looking forward to the pageantry of his very first perp walk. After all, this marks the apex all of Trump’s career goals and ambitions, while simultaneously achieving that long-awaited pivot to the better appreciation of the plight of the common man.
Or perhaps getting indicted is ”a bad thing”? The case is so novel and complex that attorneys are considering divorce lawyer tactics. Lordy, communications between Stormy Daniels and Trump attorney Joe Tacopina have been turned over to Manhattan DA.

David Waldman wishes KITM listeners residing on Eastern Orthodox Earth a cheer-filled Equinox. But can it really be that great if we can’t celebrate Arrestmas today? Today, tens of ones of protesters are feeling kind of silly, accurately, here and there across the US. Again, Antifa sends its regrets for not being able to attend.
Republicans shout “Calm down everyone!” in an effort to make it seem like someone is excited. They demand investigations in an effort to make it seem that someone other than Donald Trump is on trial. They issue threats to make it seem like they are capable of following through. Then they say it really doesn’t matter to make it seem as if they aren’t in the same legal trouble as well.
Ron DeSantis will degrade himself to appease Trump and it will destroy him. No way around that. Ron should enjoy his time subverting justice and razing society while he still can. Florida textbooks will equate Rosa Parks with a guy who needed to be wrapped in duct tape to remove off an airliner. If they succeed, it won’t be just Florida. Or maybe the free market will intervene, and all schools will move to blue states.

Has he been arrested yet? David Waldman and Greg Dworkin give us something to think about while we wait... Although a lot of what they’re thinking about is what we are thinking... Has he been arrested yet?
While Alvin Bragg ghosts tailgating protesters, now would be a great time for someone other than the Manhattan DA to indict Donald Trump. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals is ordering Trump lawyer M. Evan Corcoran to turn over documents which on their own could send Trump to prison. Bragg’s case is not insignificant but establishes Trump’s MO for the other prosecutions. A different indictment would certainly throw Republicans running defense off their game. And, probably a few of their other games as well.
Other than maybe jail, Donald Trump isn’t going anywhere. You’d assume that Donald’s followers would be virulent racists supporting Trump’s virulent racism, but Trump’s “Yee Haw, I’m racist!” vote is in fact outnumbered by his “I’m not a racist, but...” voters, which are of course, legion. For those people, “Woke” is their new N-word. (Which the woke won’t let them say.) The woke won’t let them equate gun safety legislation with the Holocaust, but forces 6th graders to look at
