The Crystal Whale was written and directed by Sam Payne. The cast included Brent Marshall as Captain Mower, Stephanie Breinholt as Sandy, Darci Ramirez as Howie, Noah Kershisnik as Tel, and Hailey Nebeker as McGhee.
