Small changes can make a big impact on how efficient we are with our time. How can we find a way to make small changes more of a habit and part of our daily routine? How do we remind ourselves to keep doing these things until they become a habit?
Our community guest this week is Katy Widrick, a busy mom of two and the VP of Growth and Impact at Faster Way To Fat Loss. She tells us what word is NEVER spoken in her house, and how she incorporates her own dietary needs into her day without changing her family's meal plans.
The meal plan this week features one of my favorite go-to dishes with an easy hands-off cooking process. Subscribe at COOKtheSTORY to get the meal plan, recipe links, and printable grocery lists sent your way.

Quick Tip of the Week: Chop ingredients smaller. This helps them to cook faster, speeding up the cooking process.
Deeper Time Management Thoughts: Making small changes can really save us time in the end, but we need to find ways to remember to do them so that they can become habits. A great example of how we can use reminders to make changes is when people use a pill holder with the days of the week to remember to take their medication or vitamins every day. How can we apply this kind of strategy to our new time-saving habits?
