Aspirational Faith: The Beauty of Knowing Less and Wanting More
Message Summary: There is a story in Mark about a man who asks Jesus to heal his son. In that conversation, the man cries out to Jesus, “I believe, help my unbelief!” In the paradox of having both doubt and belief, we find an invitation to bring our whole selves to Jesus without shame. When we remain open to “aspirational faith”, we also find ourselves less fearful, cynical, and judgmental. Although it seems counter-intuitive, we can set into place practices to help us celebrate where our doubts can lead us, rather than be shamed by them.

We need transformation, a complete metamorphosis, and God is actually the one who invites us and does the work as we move into His presence.
Series Summary: Have you ever felt stuck, disappointed with this thing we call life? Some of us may have even thrown in the towel on setting new year’s resolutions and goals. Instead of tinkering with what we think would enhance ourselves, we have the option of heeding the words of Jesus and following him down the path to what he calls Life (with a capital L)! Let’s EXPLORE a PATHWAY to move forward into a life that springs up a well of true peace and joy that we can only find in Jesus.

Message Summary: God changes peoples’ lives as they connect with Him. He has great authority, power and love to do so. God also changes lives by bringing people to Himself through this thing called “the church.” He is already working in your story to bring about change. As we choose faith/trust in God, God’s activity in our lives is activated.
