Episode 3 of The Grit Theory.
Get ready to immediately dive into the dirt and muck of intense personal formation. This podcast is not for the faint of heart. Real and tough stuff is discussed. This is “leg day” and we all know how we feel about leg day (Except Jon, but he’s weird). A couple nuggets:

Rejecting the “victimhood” mentality

The necessity to face the person in the mirror

The decision to choose a life pursuing resilience

The desire to give back and serve others

The realization that all decisions, good or bad, that we make will affect those around us

The goal to create a starting place for the next generation that exceeds what this generation can accomplish
