Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins took me a long time to read. It's been on my to be read list for at least three years, and I didn't pick up the book until now. I'm glad I did because it's a great book about his life and how he became so disciplined. 95. How have I read 400 books in the last three years?

I've read 406 books in the last three years. That averages to roughly 135 books per year. By reducing one habit by 85%, I've been able to read more consistently. Because I read three to four hours daily and have been for the last 1,123 days, I'm going to read a lot of books.The important thing for me is to continue that consistency and keep reading daily by making sure I keep that one habits hours low.
