Sharon Mitola joined Olympia Gym where she met her future husband and led to her future career path as a personal trainer. She competed in her first bodybuilding competition at twenty five after having three kids. She competed into her fifties and I wouldn't be surprised to see her compete in her sixties. An amazing woman.
