This is a 3-part podcast and webcast series with RSA Security executives and business leaders along with some of their strategic customers and partners. The series will explore the accelerated digital transformation disruption as organizations evaluate their risk as it maps to their current and future business operations.
The 3 episodes include: SECURITY | WORKFORCE | BUSINESS
In this second conversation as part of this series, we actually continue a conversation that we had with Jim Ducharme during RSA Charge—this time, looking closely at how the world has changed so dramatically since that conversation and how managing the workforce also changed.
We took a moment to look back at the technical/operational points that Zully and Mike made in the previous episode to see exactly how Identity and Access Control play a role in enabling the organization to successfully manage their workforce in new ways, with new technologies, and in new locations.
We also begin to dip into the future to see where things are headed for identity management - who will own and control identity data in the future? Jim shares his vision with us.
Enjoy!

Defining Critical Infrastructure | With Juliette Kayyem, Emilian Papadopoulos, Mati Epstein
In order to protect something, you must first understand what it is you're protecting. Over time, technology matures and society follows. Sometimes it is the other way around. Many times, investments in both typically follow the money in terms of where the best return will be found. When looking at information technology and cybersecurity, this seems to land in the commercial space, leaving the critical infrastructure to lag a bit in terms of resiliency. That's to say that we're even on the same page when it comes to defining what the critical infrastructure is. Perhaps that is a good place to start. And, that's what we discuss this and more during our conversation that spans nations, tech stack, and societal lines.
Do we know what we are protecting and do we have the right folks looking after it all for us?
Have a listen and then share this episode with your friends, family, and colleagues.
