Hello, thanks for listening. How are you healing?

Episode 22: Harnessing Inner Knowledge for Healing with QHHT

In this episode of It’s a Journey, host Stephanie Naudo welcomes Virginia Fumagalli, a skilled QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner and integrative therapist. Virginia is also well-versed in neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, non-violent communication, and art therapy. Her extensive background in languages and communication led her to become a tenured professor of English, professional communication, and theatre at a medical school. She now practices in Brittany, France, offering consultations in both French and English.

In this enlightening discussion, Virginia and Stephanie explore:

🌿 Virginia’s journey of overcoming health challenges and turning them into strengths.

🌿 A deep dive into QHHT: its definition and how it differs from hypnotherapy, hypnosis, and regression.

🌿 The story of Dolores Cannon, the developer of the QHHT technique.

🌿 How to determine if QHHT is right for you.

🌿 Feedback from Stephanie’s own QHHT session with Virginia.

🌿 Addressing common client concerns about the hypnotic state.

🌿 Insights into being part of a QHHT practitioner support group.

The episode concludes with Virginia sharing her simple yet powerful daily routine that she practices multiple times a day.
