I’ve taken up running the last few weeks. As I was running through some trails listening to the podcast, I realized it’s been a while since I did a workout episode of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast. So I thought I’d remedy that right now.

Once again, this will be non-stop music. And it speeds up through the show before slowing down at the end. Like I did in show #277, our last workout show, I will share the band names and tracks at the end of the show along with a cool down track.

Make sure you check out the shownotes. I list timestamps for all of the songs in the show. So if you want to find out the awesome band at show time 10:32, you will find that in the notes at celticmusicpodcast.com.
